Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking link via email. Delays in delivery may occur due to factors beyond our control, including logistics issues or if your area is out of delivery range. Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If the order remains undelivered and you’re unreachable, it will be marked as canceled. For prepaid orders, we’ll try to contact you before returning the package. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
