RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Savi ensures that the highest quality standards are followed while delivering your order. In the rare instance you are dissatisfied with the delivery, please refer to our returns and exchange policy.

EXCHANGE

Your purchase is eligible for a one-time exchange if it meets the following requirements:-

  • -If the order is placed domestically.
  • -If the fabric of the product is stained or has stitching/embroidery inconsistencies.
  • -If the product you ordered needs to be exchanged in size.
  • -If the product you received is damaged in any other form.

Please share a photograph of the damaged product at care@saviindia.com within 15 days of receiving the product.

GUIDELINES:

  • -We recommend that you record the unboxing of your purchase so that the issue in the quality or condition of the product can be detected by both parties right away.
  • -Kindly ensure that the returned merchandise is unused and intact with the original packaging, price tag, and invoice.
  • -You cannot cancel the order after the one-time exchange has been completed from our end.

PROCESS:

If your order is indeed eligible for exchange, we will schedule a pickup for the garments and drop off the correct order.

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for delays in pick-ups from the shipping company's end.

REVERSE PICKUP

When our delivery partner comes to the address at which your order was originally delivered, kindly click a picture of the contents of the package while handing over the. package to the person in charge of the pickup and email at care@saviindia.com or send to 9636529512.

Ensure that the picture contains the package and the contents inside it.

If we receive a damaged or different product and do not have the proof in the form of a picture, we have every right to dismiss your request.

Please remember that our delivery partner will make THREE ATTEMPTS to complete the reverse pickup. If contact is not made, your request for an exchange will be declined.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

After receiving your parcel and conducting a detailed quality check, we will begin the refund process by transferring the paid amount to the mode of payment you originally used within 15 days.

If you have paid cash on delivery, we will send you an email asking for your bank account details.

As for returns, we will initiate the return process once we receive your request for the same. The items to be returned will be picked up from the address you mentioned at the time of placing your order.

SALE PERIOD

We cannot exchange or accept returns on discounted products.

Since we experience high volumes of shopping during the sale period, we won’t be able to cancel any order due to shipment delays. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order on account of the non-availability of goods.

All duties & taxes for international orders will apply as per the rules of the shipping destination and will have to be borne by the customer.
