SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

We, at Savi endeavor, to deliver products in pristine condition and in a timely manner.

- Once the orders are placed, we dispatch the products between 24-48 hours using a reputed courier service in Jaipur.

- We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India (Zone In-reach only).

- You can cancel your order only within 24 hours of placing it.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

- Once the orders are placed, we dispatch the products between 24-48 hours.

- Our logistics partner will strive to deliver your order on time but in the event of any delays, please note that they are caused by events beyond our control.

- You can cancel your order only within 24 hours of placing it.

DUTIES AND TAXES:

All Savi India orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Jaipur, India to your provided shipping address via UPS. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees.

However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these customs duty charges will be levied. In the instance where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.

To make your shopping experience as hassle-free as possible, we have arranged with UPS to custom-clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from UPS for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay UPS directly at the time of delivery. We, at Savi India, take no responsibility for the non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

Please note that neither cash on delivery nor returns or exchanges are valid on international orders.

The request to cancel your international order will be taken into consideration if you call us within 24 hours of placing your order.

POINTS TO REMEMBER:

When your order leaves our premises, we will send you an email that will enable you to track your order.

*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.

OUT OF REACH, DELAYS IN SHIPPING, CANCELLATION OF ORDERS DUE TO NON-DELIVERY

We use a third-party service for shipping our orders and they provide services across almost all PIN Codes nationwide.

Unfortunately, some areas are ODZ (Out of Delivery Zone). In such instances, we will inform you within 48 working hours if your Zone is unreachable. Then, you will have the option to cancel the order and get a refund or give us an alternative address that is not in an ODZ.

DELAYS IN SHIPPING:

Delays in shipping may occur due to various reasons (any act, event, failure to exercise, omission, or accident) which may be beyond our reasonable control.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS DUE TO NON-DELIVERY:

Our courier service will attempt to deliver the order 2 times to the delivery address mentioned at the time of making an order. However, if the package is not deliverable due to reasons not traced back to us, the package will be returned to the Head Office Warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

FOR COD ORDERS:

On not being able to deliver the package, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email. However, if we cannot get in touch with you, we shall consider the order as 'Terminated'.

FOR PRE-PAID ORDERS:

On not being able to deliver the package, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email.

We recommend being available or making someone available to receive the order.

Debit card/credit card/UPI and COD (Cash On Delivery)
