At Savi India, we strive to deliver your orders in perfect condition and on time. For domestic orders within India, we dispatch products within 24–48 hours from Jaipur and offer free shipping across serviceable zones. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
For international orders, we also dispatch within 24–48 hours. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges, if any, must be paid directly to UPS at the time of delivery. We do not offer cash on delivery, returns, or exchanges for international orders. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking link via email. Delays in delivery may occur due to factors beyond our control, including logistics issues or if your area is out of delivery range. If your address falls in a non-serviceable zone, we will notify you within 48 working hours and offer a refund or the option to change the delivery address.
Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If the order remains undelivered and you’re unreachable, it will be marked as canceled. For prepaid orders, we’ll try to contact you before returning the package. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
